It’s a Wrap! The November 2020 Global Azure Data and AI Fest Was a Success

We just wrapped our session at the November 2020 Global Azure Data and AI Fest in the Reporting and Analytics track. We were in great company with Microsoft, Databricks, and other Big Data & AI industry leaders. Dave Mariani, AtScale co-founder and chief strategy officer, and Daniel Gray, AtScale VP of Solutions Engineering, demonstrated how to “Turbocharge AI with Azure Synapse and Azure Databricks with a Semantic Layer Built for AI” in a one hour session.

Together they explained how succeeding in AI requires being good at data engineering AND analytics. In their session, they demonstrated new functionality for accelerating feature engineering in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) workflows while ensuring consistency and governance of the business.
